At 5:00, we 5 took a short walk up a long hill to find t’Maria’s, a very excellent place to dine here in Tavira. I actually took the time to ask Google and TripAdvisor where to eat, so as to not get another ‘dueling salads’ spot (see post from 9/12). Success! The cheese plate, the mushroom, the goat cheese pastry, sweet potato fries, and for others, shrimp and beef, were all excellent. I had a refreshing mojito, Mom port, and Jen a cider. Don’t know, don’t care what the kids drank. Rude.
Afterwards, we had our daily gelato, at a different shop this time. Then Mom, George and I went for an evening stroll. And that’s where we’re at now. I was very ready for a slow, boring day. Got it. End of blog entry.
Let’s look at the tiles of Tavira. Here are some.
