After our breakfast, we all walked over to Paris’ Medical History Musuem, which was right by the gardens. It’s a small place located on the campus of the Univerity of Paris. In one room, there are examples of old medical instruments, models of human anatomy and documents of the history of medicine (in French, so not very helpful to the American tourist). George in particular, enjoyed the musuem because he wants to be a doctor. And Eliza, who’s a science nerd in the best kind of way, also had a great time.
Post museum, Mom went home to pack and rest. Jen took her there. While she was gone, Eli, George and I found a clothing store that sold a line called George. We picked up some Georgewear and surprised Jen with one particular sweatshirt with a feather on it (for Eliza) and the literal name George printed on the side. She was, of course, impressed at the stylishness of the kids. Afterwards, we did a bit more shopping and then G and I headed back to the house for final packing. It was a packing kind of day. After movies at home and dinner, we’ve wrapped this visit up! See you in Lyon.
